Working with a team of designers, graphic designers, product managers, and developers, I gave the MyDyson™ webpage a much-needed overhaul.
The new page highlights the app's full Dyson experience across all core categories: Hair Care, Audio, Floorcare, and Environmental Care. The new narrative positions the app as a tool for elevating owners’ lives—not just their product experience.
Impact
- The redesign resulted in increased organic traffic and a higher on-page conversion rate, driven by clearer messaging and improved content hierarchy.
- Adding the FAQ section around high-intent search queries led to improved keyword rankings and uplift in organic traffic.
